It’s a marketing gimmick, packaged in a beautiful bottle (I mean seriously, the new Glenfiddich bottles look is incredible), containing a whisky that’s fun, fresh, and interesting. They will be recreating the same flavour profile from different casks is my understanding so this one will be different, but the product will remain and the flavour profile will be consistent although it will have different inputs.
