I don't think I've ever written a review on Amazon before, but I felt rather compelled to take the time to do so after having tried Jade Leaf's ceremonial-grade matcha. This test is based on making Matcha Red Beam Mousse (no bake), Matcha Fresh Cream Swiss Roll (cake making), and Matcha Snow Cap Char Siu Bao (Roast Pork Bum - Bread making). Kenko has a slightly sweeter flavor and the tea powder is a brighter green. Whereas, the Jade Leaf Matcha mixes easily without any clumps. This matcha tasted stale and was horrible.
