I have found that I mostly eat whole foods especially since I can't eat anything that has corn or corn derivatives in it so anything processed is out. I also found a great baking mix by 1-2-3 gluten free that is soy/nut/dairy/gluten free, directions inside box to use garbanzo beans instead of eggs. It’s especially abundant in wheat.
