Both times making these I added sugar free chocolate chips and walnuts, which make them soooo good. I used large flake oats as that’s all I had. Repeat in batches, making sure the top looks dryish before attempting the flip, or the centre will collapse. These were the perfect texture and flavour. I will be making these pancakes forever now.
