This book was extremely enlightening. The book is an easy read with lots of before and after pictures of people who subscribed to the diet. Fascinating & I will definitely incorporate bone broth & hydrolyzed collagen into my diet. I have more energy. The secret to this diet is to PLAN EVERYTHING.

The biggest reason for giving this book a 4 star rating is, it lacked vegan or vegetarian options. Some of Dr. Kellyann’s primary laws are that she treats the patient not the symptom, and that getting healthy is an equal partnership between her and the customer.
There is no doubt that this would plan would work but I am still left wondering if it is because you have cut out loads of bad foods (sugar, processed foods, gluten, dairy to name just a few) or added in bone broth. I have been doing Dr Kellyann's bone broth diet for 3 months now. I believe the program will work for most people. He actually looks like he has a slight tan! Especially when it comes to losing the weight. Well written, easy to read and just makes sense! Keeps sayi g what she is going to tell. Despite of doing the Paleo before and not having these symptoms (I chalk it up to having too much carb storage after the binge eating of the holidays), I decided to stick it out since Dr. Kellyann said this was normal and stay the course!
