Have you tried cooking the noodles with the broth? If you can’t get hold of it, you could substitute with hard, firm tofu cut into thin strips, and season with the soy sauce and mirin to taste. It is good to see you popping up now and then. My noodles were done in only 4 minutes, but the package said 6-7 minutes, so check them early to avoid over cooking. Wheat irritates my belly.
