I expect glass can be put in on cold days but we were out on a warm sunny day. We can go in reasonably rough water, and in wind without too much trouble. In South Carolina, you get the really beautiful sportfishing boats with the Carolina flare.

It was a pretty nasty day with wind and chop. The rest of the set up is pretty easy. The snaps used to secure the main structural pieces on each side were very cheap and hard to fasten. We saw over 20 Bald Eagles, hundreds of seals and plenty of Puffins. The boat can be fitted as a practical fishing boat, or as a sport tender for exploring harbors. This Puffin 50 sailed over the Mediterranean Sea, the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean.
