It does have a bit of an aftertaste but it’s not terrible. Everyday I pumped and my milk had to be delivered to her. It’s great! My one complaint is it tastes horrible. The key is to allow it to de-thaw for about 30 minutes in order to scoop some creamy nice scream into your bowl! It is also full of fiber, low in sugar, and easy to add to baked goods.

I don’t like most protein powders when mixed with only milk but this is drinkable if I’m in a rush and don’t have time to make a smoothie. I’m breastfeeding twins and it’s amazing how much my milk supply increase. It doesn’t seem to have helped me with my sugar cravings but I also haven’t tried that hard to fight them off ?
